Service Description

We offer general insight to business owners in a wide array of industries. Some issues we have advised on in the past relate to business restructuring, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, real estate transactions, intellectual property rights and obligations, and investor relations. We are committed to assisting business owners with evaluating risks associated with business transactions, strategizing tactical plans to decrease risk, and proposing solutions to various legal matters. Process: (1) Select date and time available on the consultation calendar (2) Make payment of deposit invoice (3) 1 hour long consultation to discuss issues (4) Preparation of memo highlighting issues and proposed solutions (if applicable) (Subject to EVLG hourly rate of $450/hr and requirement of signed engagement agreement) (5) EVLG will handoff finished product to customer receipt of final invoice payment.
