1. Who is the Zova Membership best for?

The Zova Membership is built for founders and small business owners who are actively operating — generating revenue, working with clients or vendors, signing contracts, or building a brand. If you're pre-launch with no entity, no trademark, and no contracts yet, the Founder Starter Bundle is the better starting point.

2. What's the difference between contract generation and contract review?

Contract generation lets you create new contracts using Zova Platform's 23+ attorney-built templates. Contract review is when you submit an existing agreement — from any source — for a full AI-assisted analysis with attorney secondary review. Both are included in the Zova Membership.

3. Can I send contracts for review that weren’t generated through the Zova Platform?

Yes. You can submit any contract for review — whether you drafted it, received it from a client or vendor, or generated it elsewhere. The monthly AI-assisted review slot covers any agreement, regardless of where it came from.

4. What types of contracts are available to generate?

The library covers NDAs, service agreements, independent contractor agreements, website terms & conditions, privacy policies, vendor contracts, consulting agreements, and more — 23+ templates in total, with new ones added based on member demand and emerging business needs.

5. How do the strategy calls work?

Each call is a scheduled 30-minute session directly with a Zova attorney — not a paralegal or support staff. You set the agenda. Use them for IP questions, compliance concerns, contract strategy, business structure decisions, or anything else legal that's on your mind. You have 12 calls per year included in every membership

6. What does the 20% discount on traditional legal services cover?

Members receive 20% off all traditional legal services provided by Zova Law — attorney fees only; pass-through costs such as government filing fees are not discounted. Your strategy calls are the right place to assess whether a matter needs project-based work beyond the membership.

7. What is the founding member offer and how long does it last?

The founding member rate is $2,100/year — 40% off the standard annual rate of $3,500. It's available to the first 30 annual members only and is locked in for 2 years from the date of joining. This offer will not be extended or reintroduced after the 30 spots are filled.

8. Can I pay the annual fee in installments?

Annual plans are billed in full at the time of joining. If you need flexibility, the monthly plan at $350/mo is available with only a 3 month commitment and can be cancelled at any time after expiration of the 3 month commitment.

9. Can I switch between plans?

Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time and the difference will be prorated. Downgrades from annual to monthly take effect at your next renewal date. As your business grows, we'll help you evaluate whether the Fractional GC Subscription is the right next step.

10. Is the membership available in all states?

Zova Law is currently licensed to practice in Georgia and Florida. If your business is based outside these states, please book a Legal Gap Consultation to discuss what we can and cannot support in your jurisdiction before joining.

11. What if I need legal work that goes beyond the membership scope?

12. Do I need a consultation before joining the membership?
