Contract Services (Draft or Review)

Service Description

We prepare, review, and negotiate contracts in a variety of industries. We help to evaluate risks associated with deals, remediate risks during the drafting/review process, and educate clients on doing the same. Process: (1) Upon booking and receipt of deposit payment, an intake form and engagement letter ("engagement docs") will be sent for review. (2) On the date selected, an hour long consultation to discuss needs/pricing will occur (3) The initial draft of the contract will be prepared/reviewed upon receipt of engagement docs (2/3 week turnaround) (4) Upon completion of the initial draft a link to set an an "Existing Client Call" will be sent to customer. The purpose of the call is to explain contract provisions and answer any customer questions. (5) Upon completion of the Existing Client Call, contract revisions (if necessary) will be made within 2-3 business days. (6) The final customer invoice will be sent upon final revisions being completed. (7) EVLG will handoff finished product to customer receipt of final invoice payment.
