Service Description

We prepare and file business documents in compliance with state/federal requirements for entrepreneurs seeking to form businesses. This includes obtaining EIN(s) and single owner governance documentation.  For an additional fee, we can prepare customized governance documentation for multiple owners and can also assist with obtaining industry licenses (if applicable). We also provide guidance to corporate leaders in the decision-making process regarding board formation, company rights and privileges, conflicts of interest, and investor relations.  Process: (1) Upon booking and receipt of deposit payment, an intake form and engagement letter ("engagement docs") will be sent for review. (2) On the date selected, an hour long consultation to discuss needs/pricing will occur. (3) The initial preparation and filing of state formation/license documents upon receipt of engagement docs (3 to 4 week turnaround subject to state processing). (4) If applicable, EVLG will commence preparation of governance agreements (partnership agreement, operating agreement, bylaws and/or shareholder agreements). (5) EVLG will commence EIN filing (after receipt of state formation documents) (1 week turnaround) . (6) Upon completion of the EIN filing, a link to set an "Existing Client Call" will be sent to customer. The purpose of the call is to explain the document filing and governance agreements to customer (if applicable). (7) EVLG will commence document revisions (if necessary) within 2-3 business days. (8) The final customer invoice will be sent upon final revisions being completed. (9) EVLG will handoff finished product to customer receipt of final invoice payment.
